Mental Health Resources

IF THIS IS A LIFE-THREATENING EMERGENCY,

CALL 9-1-1 OR GO TO YOUR NEAREST HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM.

The mental health resources section at The Mindful Space offers information and suggestions to equip you with the knowledge and the tools you may need during your educational journey at Barstow Community College. While we do not endorse any of the information that is presented throughout this section, we want to provide them to you for any services you might need to access. Our Local Resource section will connect you with local organization who you may wish to consult for information. Our COVID-19 Resources will help you during this difficult time. Our Help and Crisis Resources section provides information for students that may need more immediate attention and our Mindfulness resources give you additional self-help guidance. We hope that these resources will support your growth and fulfill any unmet needs.
