Our Venue team would be happy to provide you with the information you need to make your event a successful one. To inquire about venue and date availability, please fill out an online inquiry form, and we’ll get back to you promptly.

All of our venues feature free WiFi network access. Should your event have expanded technical needs, we will provide a direct introduction to the PAC’s IT Department.

Once you have discussed the details of your event with a Venue Sales representative, we can share a preliminary range of costs with you. The more details you are able to provide, the more precise the range will be.

Estimated event costs are comprised of venue rental fees, labor and personnel costs, as well as any additional costs that might be incurred due to the size and scale of the event.

While the PAC management is committed to helping you realize your event, we leave the conceptual and creative work to you.

If you wish to confirm your date, both a nonrefundable application fee of $80 and a non-refundable 10% deposit on rental fee is required along with your signed contract, and a certificate of insurance.

Yes, our venues feature exclusive electricians and IT technicians. You can bring in your preferred caterer however all catering and concession services and vendors must be pre-approved by the Civic Center & College Events Manager.

Catering and/or additional furniture rentals are contracted and invoiced outside of the PAC. 

Note, no food or drink (other than plain, unflavored bottled water) is allowed in the auditorium or
backstage.

We offer self-service and group parking spaces at large-capacity parking lots located on the Barstow Community College campus.

Yes, we have an inventory of rental items (e.g., risers, chairs, podiums, microphones, etc.)  Simply provide a complete list of your needs to include in your rental agreement.

Contributions from generous individuals, foundations, corporations, and government entities directly support all of the PAC’s operations, artistic programs, and special initiatives. Your donation is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. To learn more about ways in which you can support the PAC, please contact pac@barstow.edu

Use of photographic, video cameras, or sound recording equipment, including cellular technology, will not be allowed in PAC during performances unless allowed by copyright laws.
