The Festival of Lights & Learning is the Barstow College Foundation’s beloved annual community event that raises funds for student scholarships at Barstow Community College. Since its inception in 2001, the festival has transformed the BCC campus into a dazzling display of holiday lights, bringing the community together in celebration, joy, and generosity.
This family-friendly event features live entertainment, festive food, and activities for all ages. One of its most meaningful traditions is the online Giving Tree, which allows donors to purchase lights in honor of special individuals, each contribution directly supporting student scholarships.
