The Customer Service and Digital Literacy Certificate of Completion is designed to prepare students for the employment market at the entry-level in Essential Skills, Customer Service and Computer Digital Literacy in all sizes and types of organizations. The program covers developing skills essential in the workplace, gaining knowledge required to work in a customer-centered position, and learning about basic computer digital concepts. It also prepares student for a career in customer service as representative, personal assistant, associate, bank teller, and cashier, with knowledge in technology and standard office tools like Microsoft Office, email applications, search engines, social media, and team communications platforms.
