Barstow, Ca. – The Barstow Community College Callboard Performing Arts Club will be hosting a free movie night showing of “Big Hero 6.” Movie night is free and open to the public on Friday February 27th 2015, at 6:00pm in the Barstow Community College Student Lounge, located by the student cafeteria. Refreshments will be on hand for purchase which include Popcorn and nachos, and everyone can participate in a trivia contest with prizes awarded.
“I hope that families throughout the city will come and enjoy what is certain to be a fun filled night,” stated Ms. Amy Ross, Director of the Performing Arts Department. “Big Hero 6” is rated PG, and parents are kindly asked to accompany their children throughout the entire showing.
In addition, the Performing Arts Center is scheduled for its official grand opening on February 21, 2015 with the famed Beatles Tribute Band – The Fab Four, who are known for their uncanny, note-for-note live renditions of Beatles' songs. The loving tribute to the Beatles has amazed audiences all over the world and the new Performing Arts Center will help kick off their 2015 tour.
