Attend a Mandatory Orientation once a year to be updated of the program requirements.

Complete a FAFSA application for the current school year.

Enroll in and complete at least 6 units each semester (unless I have a waiver from the Director or ACCESS) while maintaining a minimum 2.0 GPA.

Meet with an academic counselor twice (once per nine week session) to review progress and update education plan.

Complete at least two (2) staff contacts per semester (one per nine-week session)

Attend and participate in at least two(2) VETS Small Group sessions (one per nine week session).

Attend and participate in at least two(2) campus workshops (one per nine week session).

I must notify the program staff of any changes in my class schedule, units, address or phone number.

Late or incomplete requirements will not be accepted and will count as a "MISSED" requirement.

Failure to submit requirements by stated deadlines may result in my dismissal from the program.

Program requirements and incentives may change depending on funding and/or availability.
