As a participant enrolled in the Barstow Community College CalWORKs Program, I agree to the following:

Provide proof of Cash Aid each semester to verify eligibility for aid and immediately report with writ-ten verification any changes in aid allotment.
Be involved in 32-35 hours per week of work-related activities as required.
Develop a student educational plan that fulfills to the Welfare-to-Work 24 Month Timeclock Eligibility.
Submit a progress report each month as indicated by the Special Programs deadline dates.
Enroll and complete at least 6 units with a semester GPA of 2.0 or better.
Meet with a CalWORKs Academic Counselor twice each semester or as requested.
Participate in one live/online career-oriented workshop each semester.
Notify the CalWORKs program of any changes in my address, email, and phone number.
Submit an updated resume every semester.
Provide proof of a completed job application OR proof of employment.

Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that the objective upon entering the Barstow Community College CalWORKs program is to complete training and to acquire the skills necessary to become employed. I fully understand the terms, rights, and obligations stated in this contract.
