Barstow Community College is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive Commencement experience for graduates and their guests.
Graduates may use this form to notify the college of accessibility needs for guests attending Commencement. Submitting this form helps us plan for accessible seating and other reasonable accommodations. Please note that accessibility requests do not replace the need for a guest ticket. All guests age 3 and older must have a Commencement ticket.
Requests should be submitted as early as possible so we can make appropriate arrangements. While we will make every effort to support requests received, accommodations may be limited based on space, availability, and the timing of the request.
Important Information About Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each guest requiring accessible seating may be accompanied by one (1) companion in the designated accessible seating area. Due to space limitations, all additional guests must sit in general seating areas. We will make every effort to seat additional members of your party nearby; however, this cannot be guaranteed.
