Join us via Zoom! Learn how to calm your nervous system, boost your brainpower, and explore techniques to enhance your energy, life satisfaction, and overall vibrancy. This workshop is open to the community.

Club meetings are to promote community, student success, and advocacy for LGBTQ+ students and their allies. Meetings take place on the 2nd and last Monday of the month. All students are welcomed.
