Brothers Reaching Academic Success and Service
BRASS is a program for male students of color, that provides resources to promote academic integrity, personal development and social interaction between minority males at Barstow Community College. This program was established to help brothers at BCC succeed throughout the semester for retention, graduation and transfer purposes. The program allows for open and honest dialogue that is relative to their life and creates a support group that helps establish long lasting relationships and networking opportunities.

Mission Statement: BRASS promotes the improvement of academic success, retention, and graduation of students through workshops and support programs that encourage academic excellence, self-esteem, and personal growth of participating students.

Vision: Male students of color will be equipped with the resources and tools needed to graduate Barstow Community College.
