How do I request accommodations?

Come to the OSS office and speak to the counselor or assistant coordinator.  They will help you arrange the accommodations that will best suit your needs based on your disability and classroom/study requirements.  We have a “Request for Accommodation” form for purposes of ordering your book in an alternate format, requesting a reader, note taker, interpreter, etc. The accommodation you request will be determined by the verified disability we have on file for you. 
Please do not wait until the last minute to request an accommodation.  It takes coordination with teachers and college staff to arrange some special needs.  We do the best we can but please allow us some time to make arrangements.
