Jennie Fregoso is in her first year of coaching at the college level. She has been playing fastpitch softball since she was 8 years old. She graduated from Bloomington High School where she played two years of varsity softball as an outfielder. Prior to Bloomington she played softball and attended Sweet Springs High School in Missouri for her first 2 years of high school.
She graduated Barstow Community College in 2006 with her Associates Degree in Humanities and played softball for BCC in 2006 and 2007. She transferred to the University of Redlands to play softball and received her Bachelors Degree in Liberal Studies, with a minor in Physical Education. She is currently attending Azusa Pacific University's graduate program to attain her Masters Degree in Physical Education and her Single Subject Credential in Physical Education. She lives in Victorville, is married, and is expecting her first child in April 2010.
Jennie hopes to give back to the program and see it become a successful program that can be built upon and deliver athletes to both a higher level of education and a higher level of competition in softball.
